CLUB TRAINING
Please note that training is subject to change and
varies between the summer, autumn, winter and
spring months. The club endeavours
to utilise the best facilities for the girls and to schedule sessions at
times appropriate to the age groups whilst also ensuring their safety. Always check the Club Forum for the
latest information should the weather conditions be adverse as this is
where the coaching staff will publish and cancellation or amendment information.

Please remember
to wear appropriate clothing for training, correct footwear must also be
worn, all players MUST wear shin
protection. If a player turns up with
no shin protection they WILL NOT
be allowed to participate in contact activities or
any game/match. Please note that all
players should also bring non fizzy drinks to rehydrate throughout the
session.
